QRP conception means that operator uses only 5 watts of TX power (max). It all does not mean, that you should made QSO completely within the limits of this capacity, it is enough to only request the correspondent, and to exchange with him yours official reports within the limits of yours QRP. There is a very difficult to make some link on QRP within some minutes.
